I agree that procrastination is a tough one to overcome. Sometimes you just have to 'Nike' it.

Nike slogan- Just do it!

You could also try some subtle 'reprogramming'. We often avoid or put off things we see as being unpleasant. If we change our mindset to see writing as a chance to get away, a time of pleasure then perhaps we can start to put off other things in favor of writing *Bigsmile*
