I had a minor break through last night, and it made me think of your guys. I know how we have been talking a lot about being focused and actually writing instead of playing. Well I have an answer!

Just follow my simple step by step process, and you will hit 50k in NO TIME!

1. Find a song that you like that is roughly 10-15 minutes long (or 3 songs...)
2. Find another song you like that is 3 -5 minutes long.
3. Play song 1. YOU MUST WRITE FOR THE ENTIRETY OF THE SONG/PLAY LIST
4. When you play song 2, you know that you have break time! And when it is over, start the whole process again!

I am listing to a 10 minute song from the soundtrack to the Fountain. Then I give myself about 5 minutes to click and check my email for the 1000th time, then I listen to the song again. It really helps since I can write about 300 words every 10 minutes that way!
