ok so I've hit a void. Nano is now feeling like a chore. Something I have to sit down and do when I could be watching garbage on tv or picking my nose or something. Worse still is the fact that my story is unlikely to stretch to 50,000 words. I'm finding myself trying to think up chapters for the sake of word count, not for the sake of furthering the story or for adding value to the context. So now I'm annoyed with it all. Which is a shame because I was doing so well.

Also I am very worried that I might resort to cheating and just dump in the 30,000 word story that I have already half finished at the end just to make up the word count. Knowing that I can 'win' this way is adding to my lack of motivation.
