Hey the Ade,
Don't give up yet sweetheart.
Try this:
Go back over what you have already written and look at your story and ask yourself:
-Are my characters fully developed and fully explored.
-Have I introduced enough conflict/problems to support and extend the plot.
-Could I introduce a new character to add a new dimension to the story.

Sometimes we find areas in the story that need something more to fill them out and this can also inspire us to add more dimensions to the story.
