1. First you create a survey. Much like the book item, it happens in two steps. You create the item with title, intro and a text that explains what it is you're asking about. After saving the survey, you click on "Manage" to add your questions. You will have choices of asking for typed answers, bubbles or drop down menus. This step takes a few extra minutes, as you may find one way better than another and want to change it after you've looked at it. 2. Well, I'm not sure how to answer this. Of course you have to be mindful of the language you use to rate it appropriately for content. Which format (texct, bubbles, drop down menus) really depends on what it is you want to find out. 3. Under Site Navigation 4. The best would be to type the genre into the top right hand search engine and see who write something about the themes you want to know more about. Read, review and ask to get contacted. Without knowing what it is you need an expert for, I can't tell you more specifically. 5. You can put in the survey text that you're trying to get responses from people of a certain age. If you want to reach younger WDC members, be sure to use appropriate language to be allowed the E or ASR rating. Ultimately, there is no way to filter who's going to answer to your survey, but you can ask a person to pick what age group they fall into before going on to the next part of the survey. I hope this answered some of your questions.
