 Subject:   error #13197523 - how do I fix this?
We encountered the following problem(s) with your request:
We could not find a member matching the recipient's username that you provided or the Group Item ID entered is not correct. Please double check the member's username or Group Item ID and try again. It is possible that you are trying to send points to a user's handle instead of their username! To be sure this is not the case, you can mouse over the member's email icon. A member's username is the portion before "@writing.com" in their email address! If you are trying to send Gift Points to a group, please be sure you are using the Group Item ID; a forum id will not work.
For further assistance, please visit our "Technical Support Forum" and post with a detailed explanation the problem you are having. Copying and pasting both the error message above and the URL of this page will help us help you. Reference error number: #13197523
