OK, I'm sure you meant bitem format. Just to be sure we are talking about the same thing, have a peek at "Linking Help And Practice"  .In order to post to a contest, you do it exactly in the same way as you posted here. You take your seven digit item number and use it as a bitem {bitem:303715} yields
You post your bitem link in your entry into the forum as the body of your message. Maybe, if this doesn't make sense, post here which contest you're referring to as well as the item you want to submit. Use the bitem link for each.  I hope this made sense and answered your question.
