Hello, everyone! I am just briefly introducing myself as I joined only today. I have been writing for quite a while, but I would like to get more serious about it and this looked like an interesting community that might encourage me. I mostly have written for myself and for my family - particularly children's stories for the latter. I would like, one day, perhaps to publish one of my children's stories, but I know it will take a lot of work to refine my writing before that. In the meantime, here I am! I will slowly read and review other work as I learn the site - I am sure there are many talented writers on here, and I am excited to explore the archive. I hope that readers will forgive me for my modest postings as I perhaps get the confidence to post more!

Right now, I only have a couple in my portfolio and would welcome reactions!
