This isn't likely to happen - my suggestion would be to just delete emails from them without reading them if that's your only issue. You'll see them on the inbox list, check the delete boxes and hit delete. Alternatively, go into your "Options" tab of the email system and create a highlight/filter that looks for their username in the "from" field and automatically moves emails from them to the Trash folder.
