I see the correct title in the URL:

http://www.writing.com/main/handler/item_id/1647808-Legers-Gift-Point-Bank

It's always pulled new as you click a link, but it can't change an existing URL in the bar... If you have it bookmarked you need to re-bookmark, or if you're clicking from a page that hasn't updated, reload that page.
