Well, I wouldn't say the frame thing is not a bug... it's just a bug more in the browsers way of thinking -- that if something happens in an iFrame, the parent frame doesn't need to know about it.  That said, there's likely ways around that, but they add 'overhead' to the page's running -- like adding code for the child frame to tell the parent about every click...
