I am having a little confusion. I am creating images for my shop. There are two things:

ONE:

When I create an image and choose the option of 'Sharing the Image with Registered users and Above", I understand this. But above this info, it is written:
Image Sharing:
"Share" this image with other Upgraded & Premium Members. Sharing the image will allow members to use your image within their items, forum posts, book entries, etc.

So this means that only upgraded membership or above can use this picture?

TWO:

There are options in the Section 2: Content and Access Control Settings. I am concerned about the Membership Restrictions one. If I choose Basic Membership and Above, then members with basic membership or above can use it?

Which option allows other members to use the images that I will sell to them?
