You use site search on the item types group and also forum, specifying "review" in the word box. Then you view the pages of the group or forum items that look like they might suit your needs. If you have any further questions about a particular group, you would email the group owner or follow directions as might be given on the page.

There is no marker for whether a group is accepting new members. Text on the page might give some indication.
