Noticing Newbies
A warm welcome to our newbies; come meet new and not-so-new members of Writing.Com! |
|
I've always enjoyed writing, periods of journaling, vignettes, an occasionally short story, lots of writing for business purposes, former English teacher. But now I'm exploring. Where do I want to commit my limited time off? Do I enjoy writing enough to develop something and figure out the publishing world? Big time and focus commitment. If I write purely for personal enjoyment, my interest seems to "fizzle out." If I have pages of stuff with no audience, is it enough to simply have written it? I'm so goal oriented that I think I need a target to aim toward. Thoughts? |
