PlugWord Clue Submission
For items and portfolios to appear in the PlugWord Crossword Puzzle

This is the place to submit items/ports for "PlugWord" , a fun Crossword puzzle featuring Writing.Com items and individuals!

For each item/portfolio submitted, there is a 3,000 Gift Point fee.
This will keep your plug on the puzzle for at least two weeks, but not longer than one month. (Depends on number of submissions received)
Note: "Send-A-Ribbon/Send-A-Smile"  is willing to pay the fee. For this to happen, a post must be made at "Send-A-Ribbon/Send-A-Smile Request Board" 
For an additional 500 Gift Points, you can add up to two more questions for your item.
If you choose to do this, one question will show for about a week, and then I will change the question. This will encourage repeat puzzle-takers to re-visit your item... and hopefully review it if they chose not to the first time Wink

I will keep track of how many plugs each person purchases. Once 3 are purchased, you are eligible for a free plug, to be used at any time.
Plugs purchased for yourself, as well as for someone else, count for you. (In the case of plugs purchased for someone else, I can give purchase credit to the other person instead if you ask for that.)
*Note: If necessary, this program can be changed or terminated for any reason. If this happens, I will give as much notice as possible to everyone involved.

Refer a member to PlugWord (either to complete the puzzle or to submit a plug), and you will receive 500 Gift Points
To receive the Gift Points, the referred member must mention you (preferrably with a link to your portfolio.)
Also, the referred member must not have had any prior dealings (plugging or completing the puzzle) with PlugWord.



Some things to keep in mind:
*Star*This crossword puzzle is sponsored, creating more traffic for all plugged items in the puzzle.

*Star*When this was last up and running, about ten to twenty people each week let me know they finished the puzzle!

*Star*In many reviews, people have mentioned that in doing this puzzle, they were taken to items they wouldn't have otherwise visited... and many of these items were then reviewed as well!

*Star**Star*At the end of the month, 90% of the Gift Point profit or 25% of the total amount brought in (whichever is greater) will be sent to a charity group chosen for that month.

RULES:
(For Items)
*Bullet*Items must be rated 18+ or lower.
No items will be accepted that are not rated or that are rated higher than that.
*Bullet*The intro rating must be E.
*Bullet*Please know that I may refuse to plug an item. If this happens, all gift points will be returned. (I foresee this to be a rare event if it ever occurs, but felt it necessary to mention it anyway.)

(For Portfolios)
*Bullet*All individuals plugged must be Registered Authors (Black Cases) or above
*Bullet*Individuals may be any membership level (free, upgraded, etc).
*Bullet*The answers to clues should be able to be found easily (ie on the main page of the porfolio, in the bioblock, or some other simple way)

(For All Plugs)
*Bullet*The text of all plugs must be E-rated.
*Bullet*If I feel a plug is too difficult, I may request that another clue be submitted instead. If this is ever the case, you will have the opportunity for a refund if you do not wish to use an alternate clue.

1.   Submit a link below. This can be an author link (such as {user:gymnast}) or a bitem link (such as {bitem:708746}).

Be sure to stick to the rules stated above.

*Right*If you wish to gift a plug to someone else, letting that person choose the plug, skip to question 9.

     

2.   Don't have time to come up with a clue? For an additional 1,000 Gift Points, I will read through the posted item (or take a look at the port) and come up with clues for you to choose from.

If you would like me to do this, check the box (and then skip to Question 9.)

3.   Write a clue to go with the item/portfolio you linked. The clue should have something that can be found by clicking the link.

A few things to consider:
*Bullet*Try making your clue someonewhat difficult, so the puzzle-doers have to access your plug to find the answer, but not so difficult that it deters people from finishing the puzzle.
*Bullet*Remember that your plug will be on the puzzle for at least two weeks, but possibly as long as a month - in light of this, choose something that will not change in this time period.

     

4.   Give the answer to the clue. This is what will be typed into the crossword puzzle.

The answer must be 20 characters or less and only contain letters. No numbers. No punctuation.

     

5.   If you would like the clue for your item to change during the time it is on the puzzle, you can provide up to two additional clues, for an additional fee of 500 Gift Points.

If you are interested in this, please type out a second clue below.

     

6.   If you provided a second clue, please give the answer here.

     

7.   If you want a 3rd clue (same price as having 2 clues), please write your third clue here. (As an additional bonus, having 3 clues on the puzzle guarantee a minimum of 3 weeks on the puzzle!)

     

8.   If you provided a 3rd clue, give me the desired answer here.

     

9.   This question only applies if the plug you are purchasing is a gift:
