How Well Do You Know Your Employer?
Ever been in a situation where you thought they were on your side, but not.

Ever wonder about how your employer really thinks? How they behave when the need is on the other foot? If you think that your employer really cares about you then you are in for a huge surprise!!!! I was and still am having a difficult time understanding how I can be treated in the way that they are behaving.

Please be honest and only do this is you have any kind of doubt about you and your relationship with your employer. I understand some may not like this but this is based on my own experiences. But in reality and sometimes reality is very difficult to accept at least for me. I am still scratching my head and am very deeply hurt. Writing seems to help so maybe it can help those who hurt too.

"How Well Do You Know Your Employer?" Questions

1.   You are late for work but the policy allows with documentation provided not to be discipline. You bring documentation are you still disciplined? (R)

        No Discipline is given
        Discipline noted on file
        Discipline given but not recorded on file
        Nothing at all is even said to you

2.   You are injured on the job. The possibility of time away from work may occur. Are you worried about being disciplined? Or worse employer denying the injury? (R)

        I get trained on anything that I want
