6.   Helping Hearts offers a birthday program to those who take the time to fill out the survey and give me the date of their birthday. If you have celebrated a birthday in Helping Hearts were you happy with the celebrations that took place in your honor?

     

7.   If I were to offer you an opportunity to create your own Helping Heart package, which would be named after you, is this something you would be interested in participating in? (R)

9.   Just recently I have been toying with the idea of starting a GP fund to help purchase upgrades for members who are in need. If I were to pursue this activity do you think it should be kept open to the Helping Heart group only or the entire WDC community? (R)

     

10.   Some Helping Heart members review hard and should be recognized and praised for this. If I were to randomly highlight one members port per week, that has helped to make reviews off the order board, and offer merit badges and other awards for the most amount of reviews made, would you participate?
