  Recipes for RAOK is a holiday auction that benefits "RAOK Upgrade Brigade Group"  [E]!
Heirloom recipes are one of my favorite things about the holidays. There is something about great homemade food around the holidays that brings families together and invokes memories of days long ago. We're hoping to capture some of that magic here on Writing.Com with you! Write out a favorite holiday recipe and donate it to this auction that benefits RAOK. In the first week of December, we'll set up an auction in this forum featuring these recipes. The WdC community will have the opportunity to bid on these recipes based on the title and description you provide, so be specific and descriptive-- tell us what makes this food delicious and special to you!  To donate a recipe to this auction, please fill out the form below. Recipes for any winter holiday dish are welcome, but please do not simply copy a commercial recipe... we want something unique and special to you. You may enter as many times as you like. Donors whose recipes are accepted will be notified via email on or before December 3rd, 2010.  Items donated will be displayed in this format: Title of Recipe An entertaining description about the recipe in question and why it is special to the recipe donor. (Write a description that really sells the bidder on why they should be bidding on your recipe!) Ingredients Special tools needed (if any) (the actual recipe instructions will only be revealed to the winning bidder/s!) Donated by.... your name here! All donors will receive a little thank-you gift from me!
