In one of my writing classes last semester, we talked briefly about how technology is changing and how it specifically how it adds a new dimension to the world of readers, books, and writers. Many people are against technology like the Amazon "Kindle" and Barnes an Nobles "Nook", while other people embrace this change and see it as a good thing.
Naturally this got me thinking and wondering: why? Why are people for this idea? Why are they against it? What do these new "computers" mean for traditional books? Does this change anything for the author?
I've already seen how one classmate uses her Kindle, and how my own sister treasures her Nook, but these facts alone are not enough. I have so many questions, but not enough answers to write the article I am envisioning.
That's where YOU come in!
Please take a moment to fill out the questions in this survey. Your feedback will help me to draw conclusions to the questions I'm trying to answer, and who knows? I may even quote YOU in my article!
Thank you, dear WdC member, for taking the time to help me with my research. I really appreciate it! *bismile* Once I finish my article, I will post it to Writing.Com for everyone to read.
And remember--your answers will not be graded, and your opinion, no matter how "silly", counts!
