Come on in! Feeling thirsty? Go ahead and make yourself some lemonade...but it's going to cost you! Everything has a price nowadays, nothing ever is free...unless you have some angels on your side.

Writing.com, it seems, is always about helping others around us. If we have a few extra gps in our pockets we love to give them away to groups and free members so that they can have a better chance of getting all the benefits they can from this site.

That's why I developed The Lemonade Stand! Everyone knows the old saying, 'When life gives you lemons - make lemonade.' So what about when life gives someone else too many lemons to make their way through? We can help make the lemonade for them!

So how does it work?

It's simple! All you have to do is go down to the bottom of the survey and donate! Every gp that you give will go to a pitcher designated for a certain group or activity around the site. And for every amount that you give, you will get a special sig, showing everyone that you have helped make some lemonade and maybe get some other people to contribute!

But that's not all...

You also can submit in a item from your port, which I will rate and review! I will also post your name and that item on a special page - can you say 'more readers'?! The person who donates the most to a certain pitcher will get a special highlight of their item as well! So while you give to others, you get something more in return than just some self satisfaction!

It's easy, so let's get squeezing!

Each new level that you reach will earn you a new sig, whose item number I will send privately to you after I receive your gps!

Sugar Packet Level - 50 gps
*Note:* If you want to donate 50 gps, you'll have to do it in a review, not in the survey
Lemon Quarter - 500 gps
Lemon Half - 1000 gps
Full Lemon - 2000 gps
Lemon and Half - 3000 gps
Two Lemons - 4000 gps
Three Lemons - 6000 gps
Basket of Lemons - 8000 gps
Glass of Lemonade - 10,000 gps
Pitcher of Lemonade - 20,000 gps
Pitcher, Glass, and Lemon - 30,000 gps
A Whole Lemon Tree - 40,000 gps and up

The best part is, if you want the whole lemon tree, you don't have to donate all 40k gps all at once! You can start small, maybe just 500 at first and then you can grow! Give more to certain groups as it's their pitcher, it's all your choice!
