*Idea*THE SPOTLIGHT FOR TWO!*Idea*

*Star* *Star* *Star*

The purpose of this wonderful little place is to positively and constructively spotlight your works AND those of others, with the intent to simply plug, promote, review or advertise any two items of your choice. It's as simple as that so long as you kindly abide by the following rules:

*Star* Please... *Star*

*Right* Keep any and all plugs' introductions and descriptions to no higher than a 13+ rating.

*Right* Include both an item of your own and at least one item of an additional author's that you think should be given the spotlight, as well. (Bitem or citem format preferred.)

*Right* Post each specific item (and accompanying item) once per page.

*Right* Limit your spotlights to a total of three separate postings (three personal items and their accompanying three additional items) at any given time per page. You may repost any posting once it has been pushed off the front page.

*Right* Most importantly, use this In & Out in a positive and constructive manner.

*Exclaim* Know that any violation of the above rules may and most likely will result in a deleted submission, as will any abuse or neglect of its stated purpose.

That said, let me again state that the purpose of this In & Out is to positively and constructively spotlight your works AND the works of others, be it for reviews or recognition or both, or anything else you can possibly think of!
