Hi, Shea. I have joint pain, but since there's no redness or swelling doctors think it's either in my mind or "middle-aged madness." Yet I know Jesus has a new eternal and pain-free body for me after this one finally wears out.

I suffer from RSD, a pain known as causalgia (nerve pain).
I have several poems, regarding chronic pain, Roller Coaster RSD and How Are You?
Write on my fellow comrades in pain.
peace,
Tammy

I love your poem. It certainly speaks to and for anyone with chronic pain. "What is pain?"

Hello Paul! How are you doing? I've been in pain for the past two days but I'm feeling much better tonight.
I keep busy and do some breathing exercises and relaxation. Take good care of yourself, Axilea.

Shea, what a cozy spot you've created here ! A kind word or two is often all that's needed to carry on. You've
created the opportunity for that and so much more with this place. Warmest best with it. Love, Gabriella

God bless!

Bless you my friend. Your smile is my smile. Your frown my frown. Your pain, my pain. Since your God is also my God, I will pray for his healing hands upon you.
