Welcome to AUTHORS DISCUSSION CLUB!
Now, dear CLUB .... Promo is in our mission statement for the craft of writing well. About THE CLUB: Introductions are welcome down at our forum: "RIDING THE WRITERS' WAVE FORUM" 
Basically, we're about seeking subjects pertaining to a higher class of writing for an open-minded audience. Writers don't write without being gifted mature readers. Thus allow yourself to become enabled by sharing.
Think: IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MEMBERS WHOM WE SHALL TELL THE TRUTH TO: re: writing. We'll easily communicate, no matter where we hail from, no matter ages, no matter the genres we may prefer.
We can all write! We already know how since we learned it in grade school & high school. Many persue the craft on a daily basis, carrying their preferences for various genres into college classes. Self education and Literature carry people onward. That's why we temporarily depart those day jobs and seek our PC. We needn't seek to gather at the corner of Learn & Improve only.
Please do not think of Miss Teffy as either literary conformist without a slant or a peculiar halfwit cook. Listen, I'm glad I'm a baby boomer. I got lucky.
At THE CLUB it is all about writing/LIT discussions, even promo for written works or blogs, or contests, or activities or groups at the Club Forum. ***
AUTHORS DISCUSSION CLUB hopes to elaborate realism styles, recording this vast ordinary time while explaining setting's geographical aspects. Whatever brave new worlds of postings erupt, we'll approach in stride.
ALL MEMBERS have e-mail to group privilege. You can email 147 peeps in one single swoop! Press the SEND button; we'll hear you.
One thing, a hostess of a group dreads is being taken too seriously with the perpetual insider's full attention riveted only upon grammar errors, etc. Today's market for articles, poems, short stories or novels varies widely as you know. For instance you can't pick up a published work in a library and not see a sentence frag, right? The world of Literature ... oh she be a-changing. ADC members should be aware of these new innovations for the writing craft. Best we adopt a realist-type outlook in order that pieces we produce shine.
Let's assume writing is much more than the bascis. As we know because creative ideas and plots are so important to good stories, for good quality poems. Our Club is for fun etc. We make this work together, dear members. BTW a secondary behavioral objective for "AUTHORS DISCUSSION CLUB" is the laid back feeling of relaxing. There are no requirements to remain a member. It's wonderful if you're published or working in the world of authorship. Do tell.
