Memories

Memories are most definitely one of our most cherished (if not THE most cherished) of our possessions.

Memories are what prove that we lived. The ups, the downs, the good the bad.

What will you remember from today?
Will it be:
The anger you felt from a confrontation?
The laughter of a hilarious moment?
The sadness from the loss of something special?
The love of someone who shows how much they care?

Share your most memorable event of the day. Also check out what other people had to write. Who knows, maybe you'll find inspiration for that story you've been writing. Or maybe someone's memory will remind you of a cherished moment in your life.

Rules:

1. Be real. Don't turn this into a joke.

2. Only write actual memorable events. If the highlight of your day was eating a good pop tart, don't bother writing it. Some days fly by without anything too memorable, and that's okay. If nothing terribly memorable happened, don't write about watching an episode of "The Office".

3. This In & Out is rated 13+. So you can mention just about anything so long as it's written about tastefully and not too graphic.

4. One post per day. Even though you may have made more than 1 memory, just post your most memorable one. If you went to Disneyland, I don't want to hear about every ride, just the highlight of the day.

5. Keep it brief. Since this is an In & Out you don't have too many characters to write about your whole day. We don't need all the details before and after your memorable event, just cover the actual event. Keep it short and sweet.

6. Enjoy! I hope these can help us to open up a little bit and share a few smiles as well as heartaches. Not every memory is a good one, but with a little help we can all get through anything. And the memories that are good... Well, hopefully they can bring a smile to a few of us.

Memory: At work, the boy I have a crush on and I were joking about an annoying coworker of ours. I said, "If you had your choice to date me or her, you would so pick her." To which he replied, "No, it would very much be the other way around."
