My husband and I are small town mom and pop-type horse breeders of Tennessee Walkers, but that doesn't mean we slack on quality and bloodlines. Our herd comes from the best of showring DNA and foundation stock that goes back to the beginning of the Walking Horse breed, and we are proud of what we have accomplished in less than 10 years.
We derived at the name Rainbow Walkers to express the colors of our horses that match colors of the rainbow: we have Blacks, Sorrels, snow whites, Cremellos, Perlinos, Palominos, Strawberry Roans, you name it, we got it or can get it!
We live in the Rocky Moutains near the famous Royal Gorge, and our horses love the high altitude and mild climate here in the southern region of beautiful, spacious Colorado. Trail riding in the mountains has become a passion and where you will find us on most of our days off, weekends and holidays.
Though we love all breeds, once we discovered the Tennessee Walking Horse years ago, we never looked back. Why? Because they don't trot, they glide ride, they are a gaited breed and you can sit in the saddle for hours and never get saddle soar. Looking for that dream horse? We probably have it. Let us fulfill that dream. Contact Howard and I at Email Rainbow Walkers!
