We grew up without the internet or computers everywhere; we could count the number of television stations on one hand; cars were huge; cigarettes were advertised on television by the Flintstones; Watergate; Iran Hostages; Woodstock; Vietnam War; The British Invasion; Beatlemania; Disco; Doobie Brothers; Kiss Alive! 

Many of us go further back than that: Uncle Milty; Korean War; every car had a clutch; party lines on the phone; Bill Haley and the Comets; Richie Valens; Big Bopper; Dolly Parton and Porter Wagoner; no televisions in homes; Inner Sanctum; only The Shadow knows; WWII; D-Day; ration cards.

We have some stories to tell!  Consider how much the world has changed in our lifetimes.  What was science fiction in our childhood has become science fact. 

This is a group where we can share our experiences, our memories, as well as use our experiences to write about what the future may hold.  What wonders may we still see in our lifetimes? 

We have the mix of experience and vitality which enables us to dream and push for our dreams to come true.
