I suppose you will all be wondering why I have created a separate group for reviewing and why I have included senior members. Well, firstly, rest assured there are no extra responsibilities. I will not be scoring exempt leaders but I certainly do want to encourage and reward you.  I created this group for two reasons:  Firstly it is to help me do my job as Senior Leader of Reviewing. One of my responsibilities is to score reviewing points to those members who complete their monthly quota of reviews and then to reward them appropriately. The group scoreboard is a valuable tool for that task. Secondly, I wanted to be able to reward reviewers for various reasons without The First People's having to fund it. I wanted to reward and encourage you with spot prizes and tokens of appreciation paid for by me. It is my way of saying thank you for all the awesome work you all do for the tribe. I am so impressed by the number of leaders that are reviewing even though they are not required to do so and I just have to share a little Rogue love with EVERYONE!
