An account of a death in Big Bend National Park.
A senior woman enters the Visitor Center inquiring about kayaking and birding at the same time.  After advising her that she'd probably have trouble doing both simultaneously, she says 'good-bye' to the Park volunteer.  The next day he learns that he may well have been one of the last to speak with her before her death.
