This is a place where you can post items for review and get timely and helpful feedback on your items.  Every items that is posted here will be reviewed in a timely manner, and barring any outside issues will often be done on the same day the review request is posted.  I will be honest with anyone who posts here and my reviews will be helpful, critical, and respectful.  I'm sure everyone wants to improve their writing, and this is the place to do it.

Exposure on Writing.com is very important, so that's why I created the All-Star program.  At the end of every month, I pick two items that I felt were of the highest quality and I give them free promotion.  That means they show up in my forum sig, I plug them on the plug page, I put the items in my bioblock, and as GPs allow, I will even submit them for bidclicks.  Now, the two items I pick will be one made by a Newbie who has been on site for less then two months, and the other will be from a member who has been on site for longer then two months.

The idea is to allow items to gain the exposure they deserve, and help writers strive to write the best items they possibly can.  Beyond helping writers with helpful reviews, I want to go a step further.  And all of this is for free!  Once you are named an All-Star, I will do everything I can to promote your items.

As with anything else in life, there are some guidelines that must be followed if you want to submit items for reviews.

1. Keep all posted items at an 18+ rating or below
2. Because I want to get to all reviews within a timely manner, keep posted items at 4,000 words or below
3. No poetry please.  I don't really read it, and I can't ensure a proper review.
4. All other static items are allowed for submission.
5. No other item types are allowed.
6. Keep your post requests E rated
7. Only post two items for review on this In & Out.  Once I review your item, I will remove it from the list.
8.  While I strive to review all items in a timely manner, there might be times where my reviews are delayed.  Do not flood my e-mail asking for your review.  I promise to review all items that are posted in this In & Out as I get time.

My goal with this service is to help people find promotion on Writing.com alongside offering them great reviews.  To that end, I would appreciate any donations that will help promote items on the bidclicks system.  For those who are concerned with me stealing the GPs, I will keep a running total of the current GPs that I have in my account.  As long as I run this service, those GPs will be devoted to this item and helping promote the writing of our Writing.com peers
