Welcome to the "Send-A-Ribbon/Send-A-Smile"  [E] Community Note Collection!

All gift points earned from these will help the group send awardicons, merit badges, community notes, costumcions, item sponsorings, raffle tickets, item fees, and the occasional upgrade. So far, over two hundred of these SMILES have been sent out.

The point of the group is to bring a SMILE to the face of the recipients. Thus, "Send-A-Ribbon/Send-A-Smile"  [E] is not a contest; mostly anyone requested to receive a SMILE will receive one!
