Done for a friend, to a song called Ange by Moi Dix Mois.

Story goes that a Sereph fell and began the great war. A war which lasted years. The survivors split into those who remember the old world and therefore decided to remain outside the O-Dome, and those who only saw the chaos decided those with gifts were unnatural and so they made the glowing O-Dome, a 'protective' dome which hovers over the cities.

This image is the portrait of why the made the Dome, for the people's protection. In this story however it is about to be discovered that sometimes 'protection' is just another bid for control.
