Mordras is the god of shadows. Some also view him as the god of death and suffering. Followers of Mordras do not necessarily worship death, but in many cases simply just respect it. They also believe in the beauty and power of darkness. Many of his followers are considered evil for their love of darkness and occult things, but evil is subjective; not all of his followers do "evil" things, and some are even more kind and benevolent than followers of the light. Mordras is eternally at war with Jylasum, the god of light, and for this the dark god will always be considered evil to the majority of mortals. "Emptiness was soon filled with the second gift,
A child of the darkest form that ever Elements made. In the womb of the Core filled shadow, Tenebras, Bringing forth all suffering that could ever endure. Knowledge of the worlds flowed in and out, Bringing with it again Kha, the Eternal Element. The nourishment provided by the aspected two, Forming and shading, feeding the child of darkness, Creating the demon of the shadows, Mordras." |
