The Magic Touch
It's amazing what you can do with a photo editor!

This photo started out in my hotel room. Through the magic of Paint Shop Pro Photo X1, I removed a few lines and blemishes, added a suntan and a outdoor background, brightened my teeth (who says you have to see a dentist!) and came up with this result.
