This is a recent photo of my dear friend Larry Powers. Here, he was known as "Kansaspoet" and "Lawrence". He passed away on November 23, 2009. That is, incidentally, the same day my Father passed away in 1992. I was very proud to call him my friend, and colleague. I will miss him terribly.
