I drew this picture on 4/13/02 and wrote the following to go along with it:
Even the most beautiful things
in life can bring you pain. Even
when you're sheltered from
the world.



Upon realizing that purple symbolizes pain in my pictures, I added the following comment:
I'm sheltered. But in a bubble of pain.
