I know some of you think I'm the cheese ball !
         That may be true
but here's the tasty recipe I grew up with:

         1 large package of cream cheese, softened
         ½ small tub of pimento cheese
         1 tbsp of dry spaghetti sauce mix
         ½ tbsp of worcestershire sauce

1. Mix all the above ingredients and shape into a ball.
2. Roll in chopped nuts. Mom usually uses pecans,
but any type will work (I use walnuts or mixed).
3. Serve with your favorite type of crackers.

(Note: The pictured pimento cheese is a large tub.)
