Everyone knew that something perched on the ledge of the cliff. Some on the cruise ship thought it had to be an eagle. Others believed they saw an animal. One person even said it was a person. Not until I saw my picture did I know that a bird huddled on the ledge that was colored differently than the rock around it. The bird and the dark rock created a figure in the cliff.
