Dami is the other half of my muse. He receives the story from Pugs and then relays it to me using the vacant, hypnotizing stare that he is so beautifully showing in this picture. He is named after the Omen movies because when I first adopted him from the animal shelter, he was one evil little dude. The first thing he tried to do was claw my eyes out. Of course, after that I had to take him home because I knew that a personality like that wouldn't do well in a shelter. Now, nearly 11 years later, he is a huge baby. He is extremely needy and is constantly trying to get my attention when I am working. His favorite ploy is what I call the fang. He'll rub his nose against my arm then if I ignore him, he rubs the side of his mouth on me so that his one fang digs into my arm--but just a little. What a goon. Someone reviewed this pic, sort of reminding me how long I have been a member of wdc. Damienne is now 18, and his health is failing. He is still a poophead, but just a lot slower than he once was. |
