When I was part of the local miniatures club, one of our projects was to make our own dioramas. I didn't make the doll (she was a kit), but I did sew her dress (using a pattern this time). I made her matching hat, the trunk on the floor, the hat box (though you can barely see it in the foreground), the folding screen, the perfume bottles, and lots of other things here. I also used a papier mache hatbox to make this scene in, after cutting out part of the side so y'all can see inside! |
