Naruto could take any kind of pain, physically and emotionally. Yet the sad fact that Sakura's stinky feet would defeat him in more ways than one is enough to break him from inside. All under the irony, of course, that the term "Sakura" is commonly associated as a sweet smelling flower. Right now, nothing smells similar to cherry blossoms.
