One morning, the boys were watching a fitness training video and were doing some sit-ups. "And one and two and three. Come on, you lazy couch potatoes!" the lady screamed on the video, "I ain't got all day!" "She's one to talk." Clay groaned as he from doing two-hundred push-ups already, "She's not the one who's been working like a three-legged donkey pulling a 2 ton reaper across a field."

"Does everything you say make no sense?" Raimundo asked. "Raimundo is right. Your Texas talk is like someone talking in very bad rhymes." "That's bad rapping, Omi." he said. "Exactly why I prefer music with instruments." he snapped back.

"Oh, you guys look so tough working out." Kimiko said as she videotaped them. "Hey, turn that thing off!" Raimundo yelled as he got up. Rushing toward her, he tried to grab it from her. Kimiko responded with a fire kick. Knocking him into the TV, his impact completely destroyed it. "Finally, a break." Clay said getting up. "Yes; I'm getting sores that feel like knots." Omi said.

"They're called cramps, Omi." Raimundo said dizzily. "All right, people. We've got a hot one today." Dojo said coming inside. Opening the scroll, he revealed a new Shen Gung Wu. "The Wood Flute has the ability to bring trees and other plants to life. Kind of using when you're out gardening." the green dragon said.

"Finally, a chance to do some real exercise." Raimundo said. "Like I didn't give you enough?" Kimiko said. Raimundo just gave her a look and crossed his arms.

Walking outside, Dojo changed into his giant dragon form and as they were getting on top of him, Master Fung said, "Omi, you will stay and guard the Shen Gung Wu vault." "Why me?" Omi whined. "In case one of our foes breaks into it. Spicer has a habit of doing that." "But..." Omi said. Everyone just gave him stares. "Okay. I'll stand guard." he said as he took the hint. Getting off of Dojo, he walked toward the vault in humiliation.

"Remember; protecting what one already has can be more important than adding more." Master Fung said. "Off we go!" Dojo said. Reaching top speed, he managed to get into the air and disappeared to the West.

Meanwhile, Omi was sulking inside the vault. "Why did Master Fung choose me to guard the vault? If I were with them, they could be back in less than a second." Omi ranted on and on. Little he did know was he watched from outside.

2 hours passed and the others hadn't returned from their quest. Omi was pacing around the floor in aggravation. Groaning, he finally blew up and yelled, "THIS IS SO BORINNNNGGGGG!! Could there be at least someone attacking the vault? Just so I can relief myself of some dull and irritating state of mind?"

Unfortunately, he got his wish. "If you really want someone to tangle with..." a familiar voice said. Omi heard the voice coming from behind him. "I'll be delighted to play with you." said the voice again. This time, coming from the right. "Katnappe!" Omi spoke aloud, "Come out and show yourself!"

"If you want to." she said playfully. Then she jumped through the entrance and landed in front of Omi. Omi glared at her. But when he first saw her, he noticed something different about the cat burglar. She looked...bigger.
