Ben was too miffed at Gwen to return the hug. Why? Why did she take Jen. This was only one of many questions running through Ben's mind. In truth Gwens choice was not the true reason why he was disturbed. The crystal made it possible for Ben to exsist. Without it Ben would turn into Jen. It was only a matter of time before it happens
