Hours passed as Fox's unconcious body was absorbed by Krystal's digestive system. But sadly, it hadn't worked. Krystal's anchient ritual hadn't helped Fox... it had killed him. But Krystal didn't know this yet, she would have to wait until the morning to find this out. "I hope it works." Krystal thought to her self as she fell asleep. With Fox Mcloud digesting inside her she fell asleep easier than usual, and didn't wake up to get another late-night snack like an other night. This was highly unusual.


Krystal awoke the next morning, and with curisoity, hope, and fear rushed to Fox's room.
Her heart sank when she saw the empty bed. She fell to her knees."uuhhgg... no." She thought as she began to cry. Realizing that she had killed Fox Mcloud.
Just then her communicator beeped. She read the text. it read: "Krystal what have you done? You've created a time paradox. The future has changed." Krystal didn't know what it ment and she didn't care. All that mattered was greifig over Fox's death. Everyone would soon find out.

Months pass and the Lylat system is compleatly overrun with enemy forces. Corneria was all but taken. The Star Fox team was under constant attack by the enemy. An attempt to destroy the enemy's main base on Venom had failed miseriably resulting in the death's of 400 cornerian soldiers... and 3 Star Fox team members. Krystal was the only one left. The enemy had boarded the ship, ready to kill her as well. Her last thought was. "Fox... I'm sorry."

Well I'm sorry it had to end this way all depressing and like. But earlier chapters did say the Lylat system would be overrun and everyone would die.And I completly understand if FT2K4 decides to delete this chapter in the future. I only hope that doesn't happen. This chapter probably could've been scaled down a bit, but I just decided to sum it all up here.
