This choice: Next up...or down, depending on how you look at it. | Go Back Chapter 13: Falco's turn on the waterslide. (ID #295037) [551 Views] an addition by: Samantha Weltzin Slippy and Panther rushed toward the door, but were horrified to find that they were too large to fit under the crack but far too small to turn the doorknob. They started pounding frantically on the door, but it didn't make much noise at all. The secretary would have noticed their yells for help, however, if she wasn't listening to music through her headphones and playing Internet games.
Leon rushed toward the bottom of the desk and attempted to use his uncanny hiding ability to cloak himself under it. He didn't know that Samantha saw him go under there, however, so he remained still and silent in hopes that she would give up after she had eaten all those other fools.
Falco banked his chances on Fox. He looked up at him and nodded at him, Fox nodding back. Falco then began to run circles around Samantha's feet, hoping to distract her long enough to allow Fox to control her and stop her from casting any more spells or eating anyone else. Fox, having known Falco for a long time, could intuitively guess the bird's plan and started marching toward the rampaging felinoid.
He then realized he couldn't move. He was paralyzed. She had cast "Hold Person" on him and he was stuck in place.
Falco kept running around, not realizing that his ally was unable to complete his tactic. He changed running direction, stopping on a dime, to throw the (to him) colossal cat-woman off. However, this allowed the stomp that would have missed him to directly connect. She held him firmly under her foot as she bent down to grab him. When the foot loosened up a little, he tried to pull himself out. However, her hand was already waiting for him and snatched him up.
"Aw, man...just my luck. Why'd you have to become incompetent now, Fox? I thought you knew what I was planning...Fox?" He looked over at his ally from the large hand he was clasped in and noticed a dull stare from his teammate's pupils. "Crap! She got you, too?!" he said as he was jerked toward Miss Weltzin's face.
"Now this makes more sense. Cats are supposed to eat birds, not foxes and wolves," Samantha said. When she finished speaking, she let her tongue loll out and stuffed Falco into her mouth. She slurped her tongue back in and closed her jaws, trapping him with nowhere to go but down. She swished him around a little bit, enjoying his flavor more than the preceding victims. After a little while, she decided that was enough and swallowed hard, making an audible *Glurp!* A small lump could be seen going past her scarf and disappearing around her collarbone. About a half a second later, a muffled, "Not you, too!" could be heard from inside the purring felinoid. Where will this story go next? Your choices are below...
