Isda watched from his perch on top of the bony remains of a failed Evangelion unit at his army of Rei clones. He had given the artificial human the ability to eat and reform anybody and had also increased their natural abilities. Now, they could stop bullets in their paths with their A.T. fields, regenerate themselves from any attack and keep moving hen a normal human would collapse from exhaustion. They should be easily powerful enough to escape from Central Dogma and reach the city above. They should easily be able to over come even the other Lilum that already had his gift. His plan should be working, but it wasn’t.

“Hey cut that out! Get your hand away from that! You, stop licking there and you get off your knees! Come on, we got a world to conquer!” Isda cried as he screamed down at his currently very busy army of Rei clones. In is haste to create an army; Isda had forgotten that these clones had spent all their time since being created in a tank, without a mind or urges.
