As Misato watched the battle, she thought clearly for what to do next. "Rei! Go for the Dual Saw that were sending. Use that to cut the angels vines." pointing towards Hyuga, he sent the Dual-Saw to the nearest umbilical cord outlet.

"Roger." Rei said as she jumped above and behind Sachulph as it threw a punch towards the Eva's head. Rei then slammed the Eva's fist into the angels back causing it to slam into a skyscraper. Slowly the massive builidng came tumbling down on top of the angel. 'That only slowed him down' Rei thought as she ran towards the Dual Saw.

As she grabbed the dual saw, Sachulph rose from behind her ready to kill its enemy. But Rei turned 00 around and slashed the Eva in half with the dual-saw. Supposedly killing the angel with her saw. Cheering came from Nerv HQ as they saw the Angels life signature go out.

"Way to go Rei, way to go!" Misato said as she watched the pilot turned around. However, as she turned around, thousands of vines grasped around her Eva, entering the Umbilical cord to penetrate Nerv's power supply. "Dammit!" Rei said as she felt her Eva shut down.

Slowly the vines wrapped and sew together its body until it was perfectly back to normal. The vines forcibly brought the Eva up close to its body, and with a beastial instinct, giant thorns erupted from the angels skin, piercing all parts but the entry plug of the Eva. Everyon in Nerv was shocked at how this angels ability is not only to regenerate, but to actually re-attach fallen limbs, making it their deadliest angel enemy yet.

It tossed the Eva into a building as it prepared to jump into the hole it made with its laser beam and fell into the GeoFront ready to return with its father. Misato commaned her troops with complet authority as she said "All soldiers! Attack the Angel! Make sure it doesn't access terminal dogma."

Asuka laughed as she watched wonder girl fail just like her "Serves her right!" She sneered when she was in no position to mock her when she failed without touching the Angel.
