A small blue truck made its way towards the Masaki house. The back of the truck was filled with several crates of carrots for a certain cabbit named Ryo-Oh-Ki. Sasami would give Ryo-Oh-Ki one crate of carrots, while she would take the other crates of carrots to cook with. The truck had been something of a wedding gift to Tenchi Masaki from Noike, to help him out in the fields of carrots that the Masaki house was surrounded by. Noike had been, in fact, Tenchi's fiancee when she first arrived on Earth...but she later revealed that to be a ruse just to be with Tenchi and his rather strange women from outer space. Noike was sent by Lady Seto of Jurai to keep an eye on Tenchi and his friends....because some of the most powerful people in the galaxy lived with Tenchi; the two princesses of Jurai, all three of the Chousin for starters. However...Lady Tokimi wasn't always at the Masaki house because she was busy doing whatever a goddess does. Tokimi had been present at the wedding of Noboyuki and Rea (both in her 'Adult' self and in her 'child' self). Tsunami was at the wedding too, albeit briefly because Sasami wanted to be in the wedding photo. Noike didn't marry Tenchi because Ayeka and Ryoko would go ballistic if anyone married "thier" Tenchi. Tenchi just couldn't stop Ryoko and Ayeka from bickering with each other...although, thier fights had become somewhat toned down these days.
It's been a year since the marriage of Noboyuki and Rea. Nothing much has changed in the Masaki household. Tennyo, Tenchi's sister and the mirror image of her mother, now lived with her younger brother. Washu was still working in her lab, inventing new machines and weapons. Mihoshi still lived there too. Tokimi was currently at the Masaki household to visit her sisters.
It was Tokimi that greeted Noike and Tenchi when the pair walked in the house, carrying crates of carrots. Tokimi was in her child form. Tokimi was only 3 or 4 feet tall while she was a 'child', but make no mistake...if you ticked her off, Tokimi could slap you across the room with just her little pinky finger! Of course, the only person dumb enough to piss off one of the Chousin was Ryoko, Washu's daughter...or, perhaps the resident air-head Mihoshi. Tokimi floated a good 5 feet above the floor...which she always did in her 'child' form.
"Oh...Hi there, Tokimi" said Tenchi, startled by the fact that Tokimi was looking right at him. Tokimi's eyes were dark blue and had a red pupil.
"Hi yourself" said Tokimi.
"I thought you said you weren't going to be here today" said Noike.
"I can do whatever the hell I want" said Tokimi.
"..." Tenchi said nothing but walked to the kitchen, followed by Noike.
Sasami was in the kitchen, cooking dinner for the evening. Tokimi floated through the wall to get into the kitchen.
"Ah, thank you Tenchi" said Sasami when she saw Tenchi and Noike walk into the kitchen.
"No prob" said Tenchi, setting down the crate of carrots on the floor. "where's Ryo-Oh-Ki? I was sure she would come when she smelled I had carrots"
"I think Ryoko took her somewhere" said Sasami.
"And where did Ryoko go?" asked Noike.
"I dunno" said Sasami. "Ryoko and Ayeka had a fight about 20 minutes ago...it sounded like a major fight...when it was over, Ryoko and Ayeka left for parts unknown"
"They Probably wanted to get away from each other for a while" said Tokimi.
"No surprise there" said Tenchi, rolling his eyes.
"Those two just never get along" said Noike, who laughed.
"Yeah" said Tenchi. "I wish..."
Suddenly, there was a screeching sound outside...like that of a car coming to a sudden stop, followed by a loud crash.
"Mihoshi trying to drive the truck again" sighed Noike.
"Oh well" said Sasami. "dinner should be ready in about half a hour"
