Silence fell on the table and everyone had stopped what they were doing. Only Mihoshi continued to eat her soup, unaware of what just happened. Tennyo, Tenchi's sister, just stared at Noike's bloated belly in awe. Noike was now looking at Washu with raised eyebrows. Tokimi was smirking at Sasami, who was rubbing her Ryoko-filled stomach. The preteen princess could barely do anything eles but sit on the floor. Ayeka was still in shock over what had just happened. Washu continued eating her soup as if nothing had happened.
"Washu...you're behind this, aren't you?" asked Noike.
"Me?" asked Washu, who tried to look innocent. "I wasn't the one who ate Tenchi...or Ryoko"
"Only you can make something this impossible happen" said Noike.
"Why,thank you" said Washu.
"Washu, just what is happening?" asked Tennyo.
"It seems that some of us are into eating each other" said Tokimi.
"Indeed" said Washu.
"I know you're behind this, Washu" said Noike.
"What if I am?" asked Washu.
Noike's next words were drowned out by the muffled shouts from Sasami's bloated belly. Sasami giggled as her belly visibly moved from side to side. "That tickles, Ryoko" said a giggling Sasami.
"Washu..." started Noike.
"Oh right" said Washu. "yes, I was behind this...as were my two sisters. We were bored, so we thought about a way to make life here more exciting and amusing"
"So eating people is amusing?" asked Tennyo.
"It is" said Noike, and blushed.
"As you know, our mission was to find a being more powerful than we were" said Tokimi. "we found that being--" here, she gestured at Noike's belly. "--and now, we're bored. And a bored goddess will do anything to amuse herself..even watching mortals eat each other"
"So...you altered our bodies?" asked Sasami.
"Well, we're taking it slow for now" said Washu. "you know, what's the rush? Over the next few days, we'll alter more people so they can eat people. When the month is over, everyone on Earth will be eating each other"
"And will you be joining in the eating?" asked Tennyo.
"Maybe" said Washu slyly.
"So...we can digest people and recontruct them?" asked Noike.
"Yep" said Washu. "and...as a added bonus, you can add anyone's mass to your body after you digested 'em. You can add a person's mass anywhere on your body you want"
"Anywhere?" asked Sasami. Washu smiled at Sasami and nodded.
"And any orifice can 'eat' a person" said Tokimi.
"Now, I would like to know something" said Washu. "how can Sasami and Tsunami...?"
"Excuse me" said Tenchi's muffled voice from Noike's stomach. "can I possibly get out of here?"
"Why?" asked Noike. "don't you like it in my stomach?"
"..." Tenchi made no answer.
"So, only Noike and Sasami can eat people now?" asked Tennyo.
"Well, we can eat people to" said Tokimi. "eager to get in my belly, anyone?"
Nobody volunteered.
"I promise my stomach will have a better view than Noike's stomach" said Tokimi, sounding a little angry.
"Sasami!" said Ayeka, coming out of her trance-like state. Sasami had burped loudly, which snapped Ayeka out of her trance. Sasami didn't have a bloated belly anymore, meaning that she had digested Ryoko.
"What?" asked Sasami, smiling at her sister.
"You shouldn't eat people" said Ayeka. Sasami rolled her eyes. "it isn't proper and it's not becoming of a princess"
"Oh, cheer up" said Sasami.
