She first tried to get up the stair, but after walking for an hour along the cold flooring, she came to understand that the walk that had taken her a few minutes to make before now would take all night if she tried. Then, when she got to the stairs she’d have to scale twenty foot high steps for about three stories. With the futility of that, she came to another idea. The intergalactic COM system was standing a few hundred yards away, if Kiyone could get up onto the consol she could call the Misaki house for help. Jogging to the system, she was discouraged to find that the consol was about fifty stories high from her perspective. Seeing the chair beside the system, Kiyone came up with a plan. Scaling up the side of the chair she climbed and climbed, ignoring the unpleasantness of having her naked body rub against the cold steel of the chair legs. After nearly falling off twice, Kiyone laid panting on top of the seat. It was while she was lying there that she heard the sound of foot steps coming towards her.
“They couldn’t of gotten her before I climbed the hundred foot chair?” Kiyone gasped as she waited to be found. With the footsteps, Kiyone also heard humming, annoying, high pitched, humming. Knowing the sound of that humming from all the patrols that had seemed to go on forever because of that grating sound, Kiyone tried to move. By the time she had gotten to her feet, two large slack covered moons were falling towards her. She didn’t even have time to scream ‘Mihoshi you idiot!’ before they landed on top of her, grounding her into the chair and the plush behind.
Mihoshi hummed as she scooted around to get comfy in the chair. Turning on the intergalactic COM system, Mihoshi dialed the galactic police headquarters. A man with a lions face appeared on screen that Mihoshi scrabbled to salute.
“First class detective Mihoshi calling in from inside Washu’s lab,” Mihoshi said, trying to sound mature and like a member of the authorities.
“Detective Mihoshi, why aren’t you calling from inside your assigned space vehicle?” the lion faced man ached the blond officer.
“During landing I kinda spilled juice on it and it only gets snow that makes a buzzing sound like this,” Mihoshi pressed her lips together and stuck out her tongue, then blew. An even more anointing sound then the humming came out of her mouth, along with spittle that showered the screen.
“We’ll have to get that fixed. Where is your partner?” the man asked while taking his eyes of the screen to pop some aspirin.
“I don’t Know, she mysteriously vanishes off the face of the world ever now and then. Almost as if she is trying to get away from me?” Mihoshi said, waving her arms around to illuminate her point. She stopped when she felt something push between around under her right cheek, but forgot about it when the lion faced galactic police headquarters officer started to talk again.
“Imagine that, her trying to get away from you?” He said this dryly and sarcastically, but Mihoshi didn’t notice ether.
“Miss Mihoshi, I know your supposed to call in twice a week, but because it’s you, only call in once a week,” the lion faced man disappeared from the screen before Mihoshi could wave goodbye. Proud at herself for calling in with out Kiyone’s help, Mihoshi stood up and started to walk out of the lab, but was stopped when she felt something clinging to her ass. Blinking, she reached beneath her and peeled out whatever had been wedged between her cheeks. What she saw was a semi-coherent Kiyone that looked like hell.
“Oh my, what happened Kiyone.” To which the tiny woman just gasped and made gurgling sounds.
“I got to tell someone,” Mihoshi said as she rushed for the stairs, but before she went up them, she stopped and let the hamster in her head run it’s wheel.
“Sasami and Washu are still mad at me for shrinking one person. They are sure to blame me for Kiyone and be twice as mad. I got to hide Kiyone from everyone until they forgive me for the first shrinking.” With that flawed logic, Mihoshi slipped Kiyone between her breasts. She could of put Kiyone in her pocket, but she’d heard from someone that it was always better to keep loved ones near your heart.
