Don’t bother us or I’ll make you sorry!” Millie screamed to her splashing sibling. Her treat to get even with her sister was an empty one, Millie had no idea how she could get even with her sister. Millie ‘s only real talent was eating terrans, everything else she sucked at compared to her sister. Paige might be younger, but according to their parents, Paige was a gifted Ctarl-Ctarl. Paige was smarter, faster and was a quick learner at everything she did. Millie could hold a lot of terrans in her stomach. Paige’s superiority was a huge sore spot for Millie and she spent most of her time trying and failing to one up her sister.
“Just remember, I’ll tell mom if you eat him,” Paige said before doing a backwards flip under water, another thing that Millie couldn’t do.
“Stupid brat,” Millie growled under her breath. She stood up, grabbed her fishing pole and stomped off to the other side of the wharf where her sister couldn’t interfere. Jim looked towards the elder of the siblings and sighed. It seemed that whether he liked it or not, he had to follow the problematic Ctarl-Ctarl. He just hoped that Millie was too afraid of getting into trouble to pull anything. Silently he followed Millie. On a secluded section of the wharf, two chairs, identical to the ones they had abandoned, sat facing the opposite side of the lake. Millie dropped into the seat on the left and cast her line out. She looked irate and unpleasant, gritting her teeth and muttering incoherent things. Dexterously, Jim sat beside her and cast his line out, never taking his eyes off Millie.
“You really shouldn’t let her get to you. She’s younger then you,” Jim said, in an attempt to break the ice with the moody milled sister of the Clanclan family.
“True, but the brat is gifted so I could be twice her age and still I’d inferior,” Millie told Jim reluctantly. Normally she wouldn’t divulge any personal information about herself to her meals, but for now she’d break that rule and vent to her future snack. It wasn’t as if he could use this personal information later, later he would be making the final journey through her colon.
“Paige is gifted?” Jim asked, from what he had seen Paige had seemed to show none of the telltale signs of having a large IQ. Then again, it wasn’t as if Jim had asked her any real questions about herself.
“Of coarse she is, smug little bitch thinks she’s so smart because she has an IQ of a hundred and forty five.” Millie sneered at the number as she said it.
“Wow, a hundred and forty five, that’s only five points below mine.” Millie nearly dropped her fishing pole then and swung her head to look at Jim in shock. A nervous tick formed in her left eye and she suppressed the urge to scream. Her meal was one of those super smart brats that she hated so much. Screw getting in trouble, this little bastard was getting eaten and maybe some of his freaky genius would rub off on her.
“Ya know, with a little teaching I’m sure you could be just as smart or smarter then your sister. Maybe afterwards I’ll teach you a few things, like computers or mathematics.” Millie pause midway through pouncing on Jim. No one had ever offered to help her before and it was kind of nice of Jim to help her after she told him she was going to eat him. She figured that she might as well give Jim a chance and let him teach her a few things. Then, after he was done teaching her, she’d put him in a hotdog bun and eat him for lunch. But she wouldn’t bite, he deserved that much for helping her.
